Dr. Frazer, who holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with an academic concentration in Forensic Psychology, is a custody evaluator and provides private legal consultation. Dr. Frazer set up his first practice seven years ago, providing expertise in psycho-legal matters for law firms, educational institutions and individuals.
