Congrats to those who made it in (and hopefully out!) of the water at Compo Beach (Westport, CT) this morning....a delightfully sunny, 18 degrees outside! (And nothing says "let's go for a swim" more than 18 degrees! ;) ) ...And that crackling noise on the video is the wind - it was cold AND very windy! You guys rock!

Freezin' For A Reason was organized by Temple Israel of Westport, CT. (More info at www.tiwestport.org ) Many brave folks (apparently with artic heritage) made the plunge into Long Island Sound at 11am New Year's day....the event raised money for Autism (I believe - but the money raised goes to charity regardless). Congrats to those who were Freezin' For A Reason this morning!
